These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Spark Athletic Medicine's athletic training services and resources.

By accessing this website and/or utilizing our athletic training services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Spark Athletic Medicine's content or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services

  • Spark Athletic Medicine provides athletic training services including but not limited to injury evaluations, injury prevention plans, manual therapy, cupping, dry needling, and sports event coverage.

  • All services provided are subject to availability.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any athletic training services.

  • Payments can be made through Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted.

  • Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made 2 days in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.

4. Liability

  • Spark Athletic Medicine is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during or as a result of athletic training sessions.

  • Clients participate in training sessions at their own risk and should consult with a medical professional prior to beginning any exercise program or service.

5. Confidentiality

  • Spark Athletic Medicine respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any personal information shared during a session without consent.

  • Any information collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided as part of our athletic training services, including but not limited to blog posts, optimization tools (injury evaluation sheets, templates, guides), injury prevention plans, or therapeutic exercise materials are the intellectual property of Spark Athletic Medicine.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal use only.

7. Modifications

  • Spark Athletic Medicine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • By continuing to use our services after any changes to these terms and conditions, you accept the changes.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charleston, SC.
